So, I just started a new rideshare business and I had an appointment all the way down in Parker to pick up 4 guys and their 4 kayaks who I was then taking to Laughlin. Well, silly me...I woke up early this past Friday morning to clean my truck before the trip and as I was about to leave, I realized I locked my damn keys in my truck. There's a first time for everything I guess! I was supposed to pick my riders up at 11:30 and here it was going on 10am. With an hour and a half drive ahead of me, you better believe I was kicking my own ass for doing something so damn stupid! While I was asking the neighbor for help, my boyfriend found Don online and after my neighbor couldn't get my truck open, I called GV Lock and Key and spoke to Don myself. He answered on the 2nd ring, said he'd be at my house in 20 min but instead got there in half that time! I felt terrible because I didn't have any cash on me that day but, gratefully, he accepted a credit card (Thank God!!!) Don worked really fast! In about 5 minutes he handed me my truck keys that before had been laying on the floorboard inside of my LOCKED Dodge Ram!!! Boy, you wanna talk about grateful!!!! I have tucked GV Lock and Key's business card away in my wallet for sake-keeping should I ever make another ding bat mistake like that again, LOL Don, thank you SOOO much! You totally saved my ass AND my job that day. I'll be recommending your service to anyone and everyone in the future! :)

I called Don from Golden Valley Lock and Key on a Wednesday morning. He called back later that day and made an appt for the next day to come to my house. In about an hour or less he changed all the locks on my doors to work with one key. Previously we had to use 4 different keys. He was prompt, courteous, professional and did an outstanding job. He charged us a fair price for his work. I highly recommend him for all your locksmith needs!

Don is great. I was locked out of a 1977 Airstream trailer because the handle broke off of the door. When I called, he offered to only charge $25 if he couldn't open it. He came out a little late because he was calling around for helpful info on this antique trailer. When he tried to open door, it was a no-go. About an hour into it, he managed to open a side window. He only charged $50 total. Great service, great price. Thanks, Don!!!
